 How You'll Contribute
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greet and check in patients; manage front desk and patient flow throughout the day
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures, including ultrasound-guided treatments
 </li>
 <li>
 Record vitals, update medical histories, and accurately document in the EMR
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect payments at time of service and deliver financial packets as instructed by Treatment Plan Coordinators or the financial team
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify insurance eligibility and ensure all paperwork is properly completed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clinical and front office supplies; ensure all rooms are clean and well-stocked
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all internal protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal coordination between clinical and administrative teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in team trainings and ongoing process improvement initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned by the department lead/manager

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 What Makes You a Great Fit

 Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or GED or Associate degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven working experience as a medical assistant
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of medical terminology
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
 </li>
 <li>
 Social perceptiveness and service oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and trained to assist with patient transfers and support
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to stand or sit for long durations of time
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong computer skills with EMRs, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
