Responsibilities<ul><li>
Deliver physical therapy services to patients in their home based on the physician's plan of care and under the supervision of a licensed PT.</li><li>
Engage in communication and case conference activities to ensure quality of care and patient safety.</li><li>
Apply sound judgment and technical skills to perform treatments and procedures in accordance with established agency protocols.</li><li>
Adhere to the Agency Code of Ethics and maintain compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.</li><li>
Implement safety and infection control measures in all practices.</li><li>
Complete other duties as assigned by supervision.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Valid PTA Certification in the state of Kansas.</li><li>
Previous home health experience is preferred, but not mandatory.</li><li>
Must pass a Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical Exam.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.</li></ul>
