Highly specialized electronics manufactring company in Manchester is seeking a full time Purchasing Clerk!Duties will include:<ul><li>Greeting and directing visitors and answering incoming calls</li><li>Generating quotes and sourcing components</li><li>Sending and confirming quotes/orders</li><li>Purchasing supplies for orders and general shop usage</li><li>Facilitating 3rd party items and services required for production</li><li>Handling and reviewing customer schematics</li><li>Transferring/updating customer documents into computer system</li><li>Performing inventory counts</li><li>Checking-in incoming shipments</li><li>Notifying customers of component shortages/obsolescence</li><li>conversing with customer&rsquo;s engineers to locate alternate components</li><li>Updating/managing production schedule</li><li>Digitizing documentation</li><li>Filling out and submitting compliance paperwork</li><li>Occasional assistance with production</li></ul>Qualified candidates will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat, have a good attention to detail, and at least 2 years of purchasing/inventory experience in a manufacturing setting.Apply now for immediate consideration!Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
