Busy office in downtown Monroe seeking an energetic and personable individual to fill a full time support role! You would assist both in the office and travel to off-site locations to assist in recruiting/hiring efforts.Duties will include:<ul><li>Assist new applicants with the application and onboarding process at off-site locations</li><li>Complete pre-employment drug screens, reference checks, and criminal background checks</li><li>Process and enter new hire information into database</li><li>Fill Front Desk Administrative Assistant duties during in-office days (answering phones, completing I-9 documentation, scheduling interivews, etc.)</li></ul>Qualified candidates will have a professional demeanor and have the ability to interact and assist applicants in a friendly manner, knowledge of employment, recruitment, and hiring practices, and a high school diploma or GED.
