<div><b>SUMMARY:</b></div><br>
<div>The Office Assistant, Senior provides clerical support and assistance to a team or department in the school or District office and/or a campus administrator; provides information to staff and the public, operates equipment, maintains inventory and supplies. Maintains high levels of confidentiality; exercises discretion within campus policies and procedures.</div><br>

<div><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></div><br>
<div><ul><li>Performs a variety of clerical duties related to the function/program to which assigned. Operates general office equipment (e.g., computer, copier). Exercises discretion within campus policies and procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provides information regarding programs and procedures to students, parents and public according to prescribed procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains accurate records and filing systems; updates files, student and staff records including evaluations, and other specialized records related to the function/program to which assigned. Maintains high levels of confidentiality.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Greets visitors in a professional and friendly manner, answers telephones and transfer calls as deemed appropriate; assists students, parents, teachers, staff and visitors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Creates correspondence, writes and responds to emails, processes data entry, types letters, memorandums, reports and other documents. Completes and submits district forms. Prepares and handles department mailings as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reviews and edits materials for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to District policies and procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains and purchases inventory and supplies. Prepares and handles requisitions, processes receipt of products and supplies, verifies budget codes for purchasing, accounts payable and payroll as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Schedules and coordinates meetings and events.</li></ul>

<div>The Campus Facility Supervisor ensures that all buildings and grounds are safe, operational, and clean for students and staff by organizing, monitoring, and supervising facility maintenance operations. Provide supervision and direction to Facilities Maintenance staff.</div><br>

<div><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></div><br>
<div><ul><li>Monitors and supervises of the work, production, and services necessary to maintain campus buildings, grounds, equipment, inventory, material, and supplies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performs general skilled maintenance tasks and repairs on campus buildings, grounds, and equipment. Checks and monitors heating and cooling systems and units to ensure they are working properly; contacts HVAC mechanics or outside contracts as required. Manage and monitor HVACR EMS (Energy Management System) pertaining to scheduling District approved comfort set points.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinates and provides scheduled preventive maintenance work on campus facilities and grounds. Utilizes and facilitates effective utilization of the District Automated Work Order System (School Dude) to include prioritization, monitoring, and verification of work in progress and work completed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Leads all campus maintenance projects; prepares reports regarding school plant conditions and future needs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Evaluates, manages, and supervises the maintenance and grounds personnel assigned to the campus. Facilitates and authorizes overtime.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment for maintenance, cleanliness, safety of facilities, and fire safety; reviews work; initiates work orders and recommendations for corrective action as required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plans, schedules, coordinates, and assign work schedules and services; plans and manages budget requirements for custodial and grounds supplies and equipment, repairs, and remodeling.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Initiates proposals and supervises work involved in the relocation of equipment, and facilities within the responsible area.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Organizes and conducts in-service and training activities for campus maintenance staff. Participates in interview committees for maintenance and grounds positions and provides new hire recommendations.</li></ul>
