<div>Photobooth Supply Co. (PBSCO) is the leading provider of photo booth hardware and software for entrepreneurs, photographers, DJs, and event operators. We're a scrappy, fast-moving team that creates content people actually watch.
We're not looking for someone to schedule posts. We're looking for someone who thinks like an educator, measures like a marketer, and genuinely cares about the photo booth operator community. Our strategy is simple: create content so useful that existing operators save it, share it, and send it to each other &mdash; because when prospects see that, they see exactly what they're buying into. At a $3,000+ price point, the community is the pitch. 
What success looks like in this role:<ul><li>
Saves and shares per post (our primary signal that content is genuinely useful)</li><li>
DM trigger volume by keyword via ManyChat automation</li><li>
Follower growth rate and explore/search reach</li><li>
Consistency and quality of the content calendar &mdash; nothing falls through the cracks</li><li>
Monthly pipeline influenced by Instagram, tracked via UTMs &amp; link-in-bio clicks</li></ul>
This is a majority remote position, but technically it is hybrid. You must be based in Southern California, as occasional in-person availability is required for shoots and events.
What You'll Do
Video Capture + Editing<ul><li>
Capture and edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for virality and platform performance</li><li>
Cut and export Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts fast &mdash; while sounds are still relevant</li><li>
Edit podcast and interview clips with tight pacing and strong hooks</li><li>
Add captions, transitions, sound design, and graphics as needed</li><li>
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with our brand</li></ul>
Social Media Management<ul><li>
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads</li><li>
Monitor comments, engage with our audience, and manage ManyChat comment triggers</li><li>
Repost, reshare, and amplify operator-generated content and community spotlights</li><li>
Track saves, shares, DM trigger volume, reach, and pipeline influence via UTMs &mdash; and use that data to make better content decisions</li></ul>
Content Strategy &amp; Creation<ul><li>
Build educational carousels tailored to booth operators &mdash; pricing strategy, client handling, event prep, business growth</li><li>
Produce trending sound roundups in a &quot;here's a sound + here's how booth owners use it&quot; format &mdash; shareable, timely, discoverable</li><li>
Coordinate operator spotlights (Millionaires Club, Six Figure Club) on a consistent publishing schedule</li><li>
Ensure every product post teaches something &mdash; frame features as solutions, never lead with the sell</li><li>
Ideate content angles that drive saves and shares as the primary quality signal</li></ul>
On-Camera &amp; Production<ul><li>
Be comfortable and confident on camera &mdash; you will need to appear in content</li><li>
Film content independently or collaborate with our team on shoots</li><li>
Be available for occasional in-person shoots in Southern California</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
At least 2 years in a paid social media management role
</li><li>Strong writing skills; you can communicate clearly, conversationally, and with personality</li><li>
Proven video editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to edit for engagement and virality &mdash; please include a link or attachment with your application</li><li>
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or a comparable editing tool</li><li>
Fast enough production process to turn around Reels while a sound is still trending</li><li>
Plugged into trending audio in real time &mdash; you know what's about to pop before it peaks</li><li>
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts with a track record of driving real engagement, not just impressions</li><li>
Comfortable working within a comment automation strategy (ManyChat or similar)</li><li>
Ability and confidence to be on camera</li><li>
Self-directed and organized &mdash; you can own a content calendar without being micromanaged</li><li>
Based in Southern California and available for occasional in-person shoots (within a ~50 mile radius of 91745)</li><li>
Comfortability using AI when appropriate to help streamline, systemize, and increase efficiency</li></ul>
