Piston Group is looking for an IT Support Analyst (Pontiac, MI) to be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and delivering personal computer system solutions and initial support for IT infrastructure for the enterprise. The candidate will also participate in projects pertaining to hardware / software implementation, security initiatives and the continuous improvement of processes and systems.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:
<div><b>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE </b>(but not limited to):</div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Provide technical support to end users to maintain business operations and minimize downtime.</li><li>
Execute and implement all personal computer software and hardware implementation plans.</li><li>
Provide testing and implementation of all personal computer components.</li><li>
Communicate / escalate issues and needs with the Senior IT Specialist in a timely manner.</li><li>
Where personal computer software and hardware components are deficient, implement changes to bring personal computer components into conformance.</li><li>
Provide direction for the development of flexible, integrated, easily maintained and operationally effective personal computer components.</li><li>
Maintain personal computer hardware and software in area of responsibility. Keeps current on new technologies and staff productivity tools.</li><li>
Responsible for maintaining incidents, change requests and CMDB CIs in ServiceNow.</li><li>
Assist in the installation, configuration, and management of server infrastructure (VMWare, Rubrik, etc), all Local and Wide Area Network systems such as Cisco switches and routers along with the full Meraki stack (Security appliance, Switches, Wireless, cameras).</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor Degree in Computer or Technology-related field is preferred.</li><li>
A minimum of 4 years of related experience in the following areas is required:</li><li>
Windows Client OS deployment and support</li><li>
Device support (PC, mobile device, printer, desk phone, etc)</li><li>
Office 365 (Entra AD, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc)</li><li>
Active Directory (Users / Groups / Computers, DNS, DHCP, SCCM Remote Control, etc)</li><li>
Server management (patching, maintenance, etc)</li><li>
Equipment inventory, ordering and asset management</li><li>
Experience in the following areas is not required but recommended:</li><li>
MS Teams video conference / collaboration room systems</li><li>
ServiceNow (Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB)</li><li>
Cisco Call Manager / Unity Voicemail</li><li>
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
