We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our FMCG and retail operations across multiple sites. The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people initiatives, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development to ensure high performance, engagement, and compliance. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Partner with business leaders across retail and FMCG functions to understand talent needs and workforce priorities</li><li>
Lead end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, and succession planning</li><li>
Support manpower planning and talent deployment across retail stores, warehouses, field sales teams, and head office functions</li><li>
Provide coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices</li><li>

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes professionally and fairly</li><li>

Partner with payroll and comp &amp; benefits teams to ensure accurate and consistent employee data and reward structures</li><li>
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance trends) and provide insights to business leaders</li><li>
Champion company culture and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred: CIPD, SHRM, PHRI)</li><li>
5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting FMCG and/or retail operations</li><li>
Strong understanding of field-based HR, blue-collar workforce dynamics, and multi-site HR support</li><li>
Proven experience managing employee relations, performance cycles, and talent development frameworks</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently in fast-paced operational environments</li><li>
Strong HR systems knowledge (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and solid Excel/reporting capability</li><li>
Familiarity with GCC/UAE labor law</li></ul></div>

We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in driving e-commerce performance. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, website updates, and online growth initiatives across multiple platforms. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage and update the companys Magento e-commerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, SEO-friendly content, and smooth user experience</li><li>
Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and other relevant channels</li><li>
Optimize product pages, landing pages, and navigation for improved conversion and customer experience</li><li>
Coordinate with developers, designers, and the e-commerce team to manage website enhancements, promotions, and new feature rollouts</li><li>
Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, sales funnel) and provide insights</li><li>
Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and organic traffic</li><li>
Manage the digital content calendar, including blogs, banners, emails, and push notifications</li><li>
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify digital growth opportunities</li><li>
Support CRM, loyalty, and retention campaigns to enhance customer engagement</li><li>
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, E-commerce, or related field</li><li>
2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong Magento (Adobe Commerce) experience</li><li>
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing tools</li><li>
Experience in managing e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, and promotional content</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret digital performance data</li><li>
Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills</li><li>
Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation tools, or Shopify/WooCommerce is a plus, but Magento experience is mandatory</li></ul></div>
