<p><b>More about your role</b></p>
<p>We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Bristol to work across our scheme to support Customers who have a range of needs and are at risk of being homeless. Working within this scheme you will support Customers with the continued, safe provision of accommodation in our schemes.</p>
<p>You will be working closely with our Customers to develop and deliver support and intensive housing management services to vulnerable people living in temporary dispersed accommodation across the area.</p>
<p>The role will involve working with a small caseload of Customers, Group employees and outside agencies and professionals to deliver a holistic service that is of the highest standard. You will play a key role in signing up new Customers to the service and in providing advice and guidance with the welfare/benefit system.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for the maintenance of the scheme including carrying out risk assessments and other health and safety monitoring as well as working closely with the housing management team regarding repairs, voids and maintenance.</p>

<p><b>More about you</b></p>
<p>Here at Places for People we are looking for someone who is as spirited as we, this is an emotive working environment, and we need our staff to be positive and supportive. You will have experience working in potentially challenging situations, resilience is a key character trait for this role. Ideally you will have local knowledge to share with our customers.</p>
<p>You should have a good knowledge of housing management best practice, the letting procedures and tenancy compliance. It is imperative that you have previous experience supporting a vulnerable client group.</p>
<p>Ideally you will be a confident I.T. user who is a confident communicator that can influence in a positive manner when required. A good knowledge of the benefits system would be desirable but not essential.</p>

<p>As the Swimming Coordinator you will be tasked with managing the swim programme, scheduling 1:1 lessons, coordinating school swim programmes and managing swim teachers. You will deliver a high level of customer service to all of our pool customers. You will manage the Swimming Instructors and empower them to motivate and instruct pupils, turning non-swimmers into confident pool users and helping swimmers achieve their fitness goals.</p>

<p>The successful applicant will have previous management experience and a commercial background, ideally in swimming. You will have a clear commitment to on-going Continuous Personal Development (attending at least 2 course/workshops per year) and you should have a good working knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway. Above all you will be passionate about swimming and creating active places and healthy people.</p>
