<div>We are looking for an experienced Cloud Systems Architect to join their rapidly growing team!
<ul><li>Supports PAC hybrid computing efforts by providing recommendations and advice regarding the design and architecture of the agency's cloud-based hybrid computing enviornment.</li>
<li>Understanding the government's cloud computing objectives and the implementing contactor's plans and approach.</li>
<li>Providing recommendations to support the Government's adoption of, migration to or governance/management of Cloud computing, Cloud DevOps, and other Cloud oriented activities.</li>
<li>Creation of configuration management automated systems through continuous integration/delivery technologies (e.g. creation of GITLAB runners), Management and sustainment of the AWS infrastructure, Creation of AWS design patterns through multiple integrated AWS services.</li>

The projected compensation range for this position is $200K - $250K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. We are hiring a Business Process Engineer to work in Linthicum Heights, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.

Description:
As the Business Process Engineer, you will serve as the Scrum Master and coordinator for a cross functional technical team to ensure enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts by conducting daily scrum meetings and hosting sprint planning and 
other agile methodology cadences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives</li>
<li>Remove impediments and blockers to enable team productivity</li>
<li>Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and practices</li>
<li>Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint health)</li>
<li>Shield the team from external interruptions and scope creep</li>
<li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team self-organization</li>
<li>Apply Process improvement and Engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.</li>
<li>Assist the Government with the transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment project activities and objectives.</li>
<li>Serves as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.</li>
<li>Document and track initiatives and epics to assist in driving them to completion</li>
<li>Define, implement, and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.</li>
<li>Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements.</li>
<li>Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with customer and company proposed standards.</li>
<li>Work with customer and developers in integration of new and existing business processes.</li>
<li>Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.</li>
<li>Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks.﻿</li>
</ul>
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years experience conducting BPR activities is required. Five (5) years experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT integration programs is required.</li>
<li>5+ years serving as Scrum Master for software development teams (i.e., utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT integration programs is required.</li>
<li>Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar)</li>
<li>Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills</li>
<li>Experience in government contracting environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>﻿Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification</li>
<li>Advanced Scrum certifications (CSP-SM, SAFe, PSM II)</li>
<li>Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)</li>
<li>PMP or other project management certifications</li>
<li>DevOps/CI-CD pipeline knowledge</li>
<li>Experience with business process reengineering methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)</li>
<li>Experience supporting federal agencies﻿</li>
