 payroll expertise
 
 to support compensation, benefits, and payroll operations in Qatar.
 
 
 
 Key Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Super Highly Advanced Excel skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 (Power Query, advanced Pivot Tables, complex formulas, dashboards, large data sets)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on
 
 payroll processing experience
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of
 
 Qatar payroll practices
 
 , including:
 </li>
 <li>
 Allowances &amp; benefits structure
 </li>
 <li>
 End of Service Gratuity (EOSG)
 </li>
 <li>
 Overtime, deductions, and leave calculations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 Total Rewards / Compensation &amp; Benefits
 
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 HRIS / Payroll systems
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to
 
 salary benchmarking
 
 , incentives, and benefits administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in
 
 Qatar or GCC markets
 
 is a strong advantage
 </li>
