 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 
 The Investor Relations Analyst provides analytical, coordination, and administrative support for Bridge Holding&rsquo;s investor engagement and fundraising activities. The role maintains accurate LP information, supports investor communications and due diligence, coordinates fundraising activities, and assists in preparing performance reports and investor materials.
 
 
 
 
 
 The position works closely with Investor Relations, Investment, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and fund administration teams to ensure that investor information is accurate, complete, current, and delivered within agreed timelines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 1. Investor Engagement Support
 
 
 <ul>

 Investor Coordination:
 
 Support the preparation and coordination of investor meetings, calls, roadshows, conferences, due diligence sessions, and annual investor events.

 Engagement Follow-Up:
 
 Maintain meeting notes, investor requests, action items, follow-up dates, and communication records to ensure timely responses and closure.

 2. LP Data and CRM Management

 Maintain accurate investor profiles, contact information, investment preferences, commitment history, communication records, and relationship status within the CRM system.

 Data Quality:
 
 Conduct regular reviews of LP data to identify missing, duplicated, outdated, or inconsistent information and coordinate necessary corrections.
 </li>

 3. Fundraising Coordination

 Pipeline Administration:
 
 Update fundraising pipelines, investor stages, probability assessments, expected commitment values, meeting schedules, and next actions.
 </li>

 Process Support:
 
 Assist with the coordination of subscription documentation, confidentiality agreements, due diligence requests, approvals, and internal fundraising workflows.
 </li>

 4. Investor Materials

 Presentation Support:
 
 Assist in preparing pitchbooks, investor presentations, fund summaries, portfolio updates, investment case studies, and roadshow materials.

 Content Validation:
 
 Coordinate with relevant teams to verify financial, operational, investment, ESG, and portfolio information before inclusion in investor materials.
 </li>

 5. Due Diligence Support

 DDQ Coordination:
 
 Support the completion of investor due diligence questionnaires and requests for information by gathering inputs from relevant internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data-Room Maintenance:
 
 Upload, organize, index, version-control, and monitor documents within investor data rooms while maintaining appropriate confidentiality controls.
 </li>

 6. Performance Reporting Support

 Performance Data:
 
 Gather and consolidate fund and portfolio performance information, including investment valuations, cash flows, capital deployment, realizations, and operating performance.

 Return Analysis:
 
 Support the calculation and presentation of investment performance indicators such as IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI, and TVPI under management supervision.
 </li>

 7. Capital Account and Investor Reporting

 Capital Information:
 
 Assist in reviewing capital calls, distributions, commitment balances, management fees, and investor capital account statements.

 Reporting Calendar:
 
 Maintain the investor reporting calendar and track the timely preparation, review, approval, and distribution of periodic reports and notices.

 8. Investor Communications

 Prepare initial drafts of investor emails, meeting summaries, portfolio updates, information requests, and routine fund communications.

 9. Market Intelligence and Insights

 Conduct light-touch research on fundraising trends, investor activity, competitor funds, sector developments, and institutional allocation priorities.

 Prepare concise market updates, investor profiles, peer comparisons, and briefing notes to support investor meetings and fundraising decisions.

 10. Compliance and Documentation

 Maintain organized records of investor correspondence, approvals, subscription documents, confidentiality agreements, and other relevant documentation.

 11. Process and Reporting Improvement
