This position is integral to ensuring efficient case handling and providing exceptional administrative support within a professional law office environment.Please send resume and pay requirement.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer phones and take Intakes for Potential Clients</li><li>Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, emails, and document organization</li><li>Open up insurance claims and assist clients with property damage</li><li>Manage records and filing systems</li><li>Request Police Reports, Medical Records, Medical Bills, Open Health insurance claims</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion</li></ul>​Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li><li>This is not a remote position</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
