If you have at least 6 months of experience in the U.S. truck dispatching industry and are ready to build a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you. Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new business by reaching out to owner-operators and trucking companies.</li><li>Present and promote the company's truck dispatching services.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into active clients.</li><li>Negotiate service agreements and explain pricing and benefits.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.</li><li>Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and competitor services.</li><li>Represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service.</li><li>Source and book profitable freight loads for assigned drivers.</li><li>Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers and shippers.</li><li>Plan efficient routes to maximize revenue and minimize empty miles.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding pickup, delivery, and schedule updates.</li><li>Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.</li><li>Resolve issues related to delays, detention, layovers, and TONU when necessary.</li><li>Manage load documentation, rate confirmations, and broker communications.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.</li><li>Provide exceptional support to drivers while maximizing fleet productivity and profitability.</li></ul> 📍 Job LocationOnsite – Shadman, Lahore ✅ What We Offer• Competitive salary packages• Uncapped commission structure• Friendly &amp; professional work environment• Career growth and learning opportunities• Performance-based incentives• Supportive and collaborative team culture✔ Requirements• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Truck Dispatching industry• Excellent communication and negotiation
