Requirements:

Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant - AT&T Authorized Retailer

<div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>AT&amp;T System Access Management</b></div>
<ul><li><div>Manage the full lifecycle of AT&amp;T system access for Prime employees, including the procurement, activation, maintenance, transfer, and deactivation of all user IDs (UIDs).</div>
</li><li><div>Process access requests accurately and within established service-level expectations.</div>
</li><li><div>Review submitted information for completeness and follow up promptly when corrections or additional documentation are required.</div>
</li><li><div>Maintain accurate records of all UID requests, approvals, status changes, and completed actions.</div>
</li><li><div>Use Excel to track requests, reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and support access audits and reporting.</div>
</li><li><div>Monitor pending requests and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or access issues.</div>
</li><li><div>Complete regular audits of user access to ensure records remain current and aligned with employee roles and employment status.</div>
</li><li><div>Coordinate with internal teams and AT&amp;T partners to resolve access-related questions and escalations.</div>
</li><li><div>Handle employee information, system credentials, and other sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.</div>
</li><li><div>Develop and maintain clear procedures, reference materials, and tracking tools for system access processes.</div>
</li><li><div>Identify opportunities to improve processing accuracy, turnaround time, documentation, and overall workflow efficiency.</div>
</li><li><div>Provide clear and professional updates to employees, leaders, and business partners regarding request status and required next steps.</div>
