Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in fa&ccedil;ade installation, inspection, and maintenance works for high-rise towers. The ideal candidate will oversee fa&ccedil;ade-related activities, ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage fa&ccedil;ade installation, repair, and maintenance activities on high-rise buildings.</li><li>Review and interpret fa&ccedil;ade design drawings, specifications, and material submittals.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality, safety, and design standards.</li><li>Identify fa&ccedil;ade defects such as sealant failures, glass damages, and structural issues; recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for fa&ccedil;ade-related works and materials.</li><li>Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and inspection reports.</li><li>Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget.</li><li>Ensure safety compliance during fa&ccedil;ade maintenance works, including rope access and suspended platform operations.</li><li>Evaluate and maintain records of fa&ccedil;ade maintenance history for all towers.</li><li>Support the management team in technical evaluations, tender reviews, and cost estimations related to fa&ccedil;ade systems.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in fa&ccedil;ade installation, inspection, and maintenance for high-rise buildings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fa&ccedil;ade systems (aluminum cladding, curtain walls, glass panels, ACP, sealants, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with international fa&ccedil;ade standards and local building codes.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.</li><li>Certification in work-at-height safety or IRATA (preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
