The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), across our managed properties. This role is critical in ensuring comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient environments for our clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs.</li><li>Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize equipment performance.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.</li><li>Recommend energy-efficient solutions and system upgrades to reduce operating costs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with facility managers, contractors, and project teams on installations and upgrades.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in HVAC engineering, preferably within facility management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and building management systems (BMS).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or HVAC modeling software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE membership, or HVAC-specific credentials) are a plus.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies. You will oversee pool activities, enforce safety rules, assist guests, and ensure the pool area is well-maintained.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and compliance with rules.</li><li>Actively observe swimmers for signs of distress or unsafe behavior.</li><li>Respond to emergencies with first aid, CPR, or by contacting emergency services.</li><li>Enforce pool guidelines, including appropriate swim attire and safe conduct.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including deck, furniture, and surroundings.</li><li>Check and adjust pool water quality (chlorine and pH levels).</li><li>Ensure rescue equipment and life rings are in good condition and accessible.</li><li>Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries or requests.</li><li>Provide towels, flotation devices, and other amenities.</li><li>Educate guests on pool safety and etiquette.</li><li>Set up poolside chairs, umbrellas, and equipment before opening.</li><li>Secure and close the pool area at the end of the day.</li><li>Record water chemical levels, maintenance activities, and incidents.</li><li>Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.</li><li>Assist with special events, swim lessons, and poolside activities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to remain alert and respond quickly to emergencies.</li><li>Knowledge of pool safety protocols and basic maintenance.</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in a pool or hospitality environment is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
