The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across the property, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and building codes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and equipment (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters)</li><li>Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, damage, or wear and perform necessary repairs</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout of plumbing systems</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls</li><li>Test plumbing systems for proper operation using pressure gauges and other tools</li><li>Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors when needed</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used</li><li>Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or plumbing certification preferred</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing maintenance or installation</li><li>Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures</li><li>Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints</li><li>Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,600.00 per month

Bin Al Sheikh Towers is seeking a Qatar Civil Defence-certified FA/FF Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and compliance of all fire alarm and fire fighting systems across its high-rise facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and meet the stringent safety standards set by QCD.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain all fire alarm and fire fighting systems within Bin Al Sheikh Towers</li><li>Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of FA/FF equipment</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Qatar Civil Defence (QCD) regulations and standards</li><li>Coordinate with QCD for system approvals, renewals, and emergency inspections</li><li>Respond promptly to system faults, alarms, and fire-related incidents</li><li>Maintain detailed logs and reports of system performance and maintenance activities</li><li>Supervise contractors and technicians during system upgrades or repairs</li><li>Train tower staff on fire safety protocols and emergency response procedures</li><li>Lead fire drills and evacuation simulations in coordination with building management</li><li>Liaise with facility management, tenants, and QCD officials to ensure safety readiness</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Certifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in FA/FF system management, preferably in high-rise buildings</li><li>Valid Qatar Civil Defence Engineer Certification (mandatory)</li><li>Familiarity with QCD online portal and submission procedures</li><li>UPDA/MMUP certification is an advantage</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of fire detection, suppression, and evacuation systems</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills</li><li>Excellent documentation and reporting abilities</li><li>Ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Experience managing FA/FF systems in residential or commercial towers</li><li>Knowledge of NFPA, QCD, and GCC fire safety codes</li><li>Arabic language proficiency is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
