Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the efficient operation of designated production equipment as assigned.</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for start-up, operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment. Equipment may include production line equipment, forklifts or other power equipment.</div></li><li><div>
Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently following the Company Safety Policy, including the lock out/tag out process.</div></li><li><div>
Perform manual tasks such as: loading and supplying production line items, reworking product and loading conveyors.</div></li><li><div>
Quality Assurance and testing compliance according to Company and/or designated facility standards.</div></li><li><div>
Provide general plant, production line and facility clean up (5S).</div></li><li>
Interact with team members from various departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, etc.) to maximize output and efficiency</li><li>
Attend shift, team, and plant meetings during their scheduled times</li><li>

Qualifications:

Production experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment.</li><li>

Technical Qualifications and Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
The employee must have a space in his or her place of residence suitable for the installation of a Home Agent workstation.</li><li>
Work environment must be free from distractions, including any background noise that impacts the customer experience.</li><li>
The work environment should be kept in a tidy condition and suitable for safekeeping of confidential and sensitive customer information.</li><li>
Prior experience with setting up and troubleshooting remote workstations (i.e. computer, phone, modem, router, etc.) preferred.</li><li>
Must have an internet connection with a minimum of 100 mbps download and 15 mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider (Cable, DSL or Fiber Optic/FiOS providers only). You may not use satellite internet providers.</li><li>
Your device must be directly connected to router/modem via Ethernet cable as you cannot use a wireless (WIFI) connection.</li><li>
Must be able to certify compliance with requirements regarding internet speed and connection.</li></ul><p>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose cause of electronic or mechanical malfunctions using knowledge, manuals, SOPs, specifications, and other workplace aids</li><li>
Program and modify new and existing PLC programs</li><li>
Resolve and repair all system faults and anomalies associated with installation, operation, maintenance, and connectivity problems including changes, adjustments, and modifications to control code and standard operating parameters</li><li>
Write and debug PLC Logic and make recommendations for major corrective actions</li><li>
Troubleshoot problems dealing with plant instrumentation and automation equipment including valves; pressure; temperature; level, flow, conductivity, speed, force instruments; motor controls; PLC's, HMI's, etc.</li><li>
Obtain drawings, instructional manuals, and special procedures as needed from files or other sources. Make any additional sketches, diagrams, etc., as necessary</li><li>
Develop applications using Human Machine Interfaces</li><li>
Perform maintenance tasks to include repairing, planning, coordinating, and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhauls on all equipment</li><li>
Identify processing waste reduction opportunities and manage waste reduction projects</li><li>
Communicate, coach, and train employees to continuously improve the team's ability to respond to equipment failures and loss of production</li><li>
Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to: Production support, Mechanical Room, Water Processing, Boiler Room, Wastewater Treatment, Water Chemical Treatment Program</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Five or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Intermediate working knowledge level of PLC programming and automation</li><li>
Prior experience with high- and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is required.</li><li>
Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processing</li><li>
Must be self-managed and efficient when performing work unsupervised</li><li>
Proficient computer navigation skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications</li><li>
Available for call-ins or to cover all shifts to support production teams as required</li><li>
Be able to work flexible schedule as determined by business needs.</li><li>
Must be able to foster and build a team</li><li>
Must be willing and able to train other mechanics; ability to adapt to other's learning styles is imperative</li><li>
Develop and prepare necessary reports, and maintain daily documentation</li><li>
