<p><b>
About this role</b>:</p><ul><li>
Support subject areas involving Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Vendor Maintenance, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets using the Order to Cash (O2C), Budget to Report (B2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes</li><li>
Work with the business systems analysts to review and analyze customer needs and requirements, troubleshoot issues and communicate with external and internal customers</li><li>
Collect and retain related support documentation. Prepare standard operating procedure documents. Conduct training sessions and meetings with departments/agencies. Establish, document, and enforce guidelines and procedures</li><li>
Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions</li><li>
Provide day-to-day applications support to end users which includes troubleshooting and resolving related issues over the phone and through screen sharing</li><li>
Properly handle confidential company and supplier information</li><li>
Interface with department and agency customers, information technology and operations personnel</li><li>
Support other data set up and maintenance, as identified by the supervisor</li><li>
Establish, document, and enforce guidelines and procedures</li></ul><p><b><br>
Minimum requirements:</b> High school diploma or G.E.D. and 6 years of ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning System) experience with cross-functional module experience that can help department/agencies with business process application support.</p><p><b>
Preferences</b>: The successful candidate will have job experience and knowledge in:</p><ul><li>
Strong Public Sector Financials GL, AR, AP, PO, Project/Grant Module Oracle Cloud Fusion experience preferred or other complex financial systems experience</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to multitask and work across many cross-functional and matrix teams</li></ul><ul><li>
Demonstrated skills in team building, staff supervision, program implementation and maintenance and customer service</li><li>
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing; able to work cooperatively with all levels of staff</li><li>
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with the public and staff</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team.</li></ul><p><b>
Work Schedule</b>:</p><p>
This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is a teleworking-eligible<i> role that may revert to in-office scheduling if business needs change.</i></p><p><b>
Hiring Salary Range</b>: $76,069.50 - $104,676.00/yr.</p>

Senior Business Systems Analyst - Operations

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and community-minded leader to join our team as the Youth Services Senior Librarian at the Chinn Park Library in Woodbridge, VA. As the lead architect of engagement for our youngest patrons (ages 0&ndash;18) and their families, you will have a unique platform to re-imagine how we serve our vibrant community.</p><p>
This role is ideal for a visionary who wants to combine a deep commitment to public service with a passion for high-quality, innovative programming. You will lead the Youth Services department with heart, managing a dedicated staff and collaborating as a key member of the branch management team. From facilitating dynamic on-site programs to engaging the community through bold outreach, you will ensure that every child who walks through our doors finds a world of inspiration.</p><p>
Currently, Chinn Park is undergoing a landmark, large-scale renovation and you will be a vital part of the leadership team that re-introduces the community to everything a modern Chinn Park has to offer.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
About This Role:</b></p><ul><li>
Supervise Youth Services librarians and technician, and actively engage in the personnel process including hiring, training and coaching, scheduling, preparing and conducting evaluations and the discipline process</li><li>
Actively participate as a part of the branch management team, and serve as person in charge on one night a week, alternating weekends, and on an as needed basis</li><li>
Respond to patron concerns and enforce library code of conduct</li><li>
Interpret and explain library policy and procedures to patrons</li><li>
Work with Youth Services staff to develop programming, services, and classes for patrons</li><li>
Oversee the Youth Services programming budget and order supplies and other equipment to support the youth services programming and create exciting spaces for our patrons.</li><li>
Collect programming statistics and prepare monthly reports for the department</li><li>
Regularly work at the integrated service desk and assist patrons with circulation, reader&rsquo;s advisory, reference, and technology assistance</li><li>
Build and maintain community partnerships</li><li>
Serve as a part of the Youth Services system-wide team providing feedback about programming, services, and policies and procedures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Master's degree in library science and 1 year of Public Library experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Preferences:</b></p><ul><li>
Three or more years of public library experience.</li><li>
One year of supervisory experience, including staff scheduling, coaching, performance management, and personnel processes</li><li>
Experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a public library facility, including oversight of opening/closing procedures, coordinating maintenance requests, and providing procedural feedback.</li><li>
Experience with budget management, including monitoring expenditures, resource allocation, and providing financial forecasts for departmental services.</li><li>
Experience planning, implementing, and evaluating high-impact programming and outreach initiatives for patrons of all ages.</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills including policy interpretation, public service, and managing difficult situations</li><li>
Experience with collection maintenance</li><li>
Knowledge of event management/summer reading tracking platforms. Working experience with Microsoft Office</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Special Requirements: </b>The position may require travel to other branches within the system. A DMV check will be conducted for employees who drive while on County business.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Work Schedule:</b></p><p>
This is a full time, exempt position located at the Chinn Park Library. Chinn Park Library is open 7 days a week: Monday &ndash; Wednesday 10am-8pm, Thursday &ndash; Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 1:00pm -5:00 pm. The schedule includes days, one evening a week and rotating weekends. Flexibility is paramount. Schedule may vary depending upon the needs of the library.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Hiring Salary Range</b>:</p><p>
$70,921.50 - $84,444.75 / annually</p>
