 A Junior Client Advisor is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a Printemps ambassador. Passion for sales and with strong commercial mindset is essential.
 
 
 
 
 
 More than a Sales associate but as a true personal &lsquo;advisor&rsquo;- someone who has a strategic sales mindset, willingness to learn and a passion for forming meaningful relationships with a global clientele. The Junior Client Advisor and is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve sales objectives, namely: promoting product attributes to the client, developing and enhancing their skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 Junior Client Advisor drive a company's product and/or service sales by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, fostering cross-selling and client repurchase.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support, ensuring Printemps standards are achieved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service. Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly or escalate to Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maximize sales &amp; customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 To review customer complaints / suggestions and propose improvements in customer service standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Store supply chain team, ensure store Inventory by controlling receiving, display, sales, turnover, back to vendors, &hellip;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all merchandising activities in the store reflect the needs of the trading period in line with the Printemps Marketing Calendar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 3 years of experience in the luxury retail industry or similar industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic nationality required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent people skills, ability to motivate and teach leaders to succeed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience drafting manuals and setting operational standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with leaders to maintain consistency across all stores.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical, reporting skills and business, commercial awareness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inter-personal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stock and Inventory management.
 </li>

 Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and adapt strategies accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and report on social media metrics to inform future strategies and decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and other relevant partners.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and writing skills.
 </li>
