 We are seeking a high-caliber, execution-focused
 
 Financial Analyst
 
 to join the CFO Office of a Middle East&ndash;based Family Office. This role provides direct exposure to senior leadership and is ideal for a hands-on professional seeking broader portfolio exposure and long-term capital perspectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 Portfolio Performance &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate and monitor the financial and operating performance of portfolio companies periodically (monthly/quarterly/annual).
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop standardized dashboards, KPIs, and analytical frameworks across strategic and operating investments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare portfolio performance materials for internal management and Board presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track budget vs actuals, variances, cash flow, returns, and key value drivers across the portfolio spectrum
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Financial Modeling &amp; Analysis
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform strategic and financial analysis to support capital allocation and investment decisions at the Family Office level
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain detailed financial models, including three-statement models, DCF, trading and transaction comparable, IRR/NPV, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support valuation exercises for new investments, follow-on investments, exits, and internal reviews.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Corporate Finance &amp; Transaction Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the CFO and investment leadership on corporate finance activities such as Family Office&ndash;led acquisitions, minority investments, portfolio divestments, and monetization
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare transaction-related financial analysis, investment memoranda, management presentations, and Investment Committee materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in financial and commercial due diligence, along with external advisors
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in evaluating transaction structures, returns, risks, and strategic fit from a family office perspective.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver investment reports, memos, and presentations to support committee decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Planning, Budgeting &amp; Forecasting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, &amp; forecastng and long-term financial planning for the Family Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with consolidated financial planning, liquidity management, and scenario modeling across the overall portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key variances and drivers to the CFO.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Stakeholder &amp; Process Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a key analytical partner to the CFO and senior leadership team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the central finance liaison between the Family Office and portfolio companies for performance reporting and information flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support enhancement of Family Office portfolio financial reporting, governance frameworks, analytical tools, and internal processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage AI and financial platforms to improve efficiency, insight generation, and reporting quality.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A
 
 Master&rsquo;s degree
 
 in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, or a
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
 
 combined with a professional certification such as
 
 CA, ACCA, or CFA
 
 (completed or near completion).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 6&ndash;8 years
 
 of post-qualification experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity (Portfolio/Value Creation), or Big 4 Transaction Advisory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in at least three of the following:
 
 Automobiles, Consumer/QSR, Healthcare, Education, or Real Estate
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior Middle East experience or Family Office exposure is preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Skills &amp; Competencies:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Advanced Modeling:
 
 Expert-level Excel skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Reporting:
 
 Strong ability to convert data into actionable insights for Board-level presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Platforms:
 
 Proficiency in
 
 Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or FactSet
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
