 Job Description:

 To be overall responsible for PAN India Project Pricing - Increase the hit rate ratio for enquiries received
 </li>
 <li>
 Day to day Operational control

 To Support all regional functions / internal stakeholders and customers with a competitive &amp; effective solution.

 Timely response to free hand &amp; network business enquiries
 </li>

 Manage the Project pricing &amp; operations team

 Specific Accountabilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Overseas Pricing (Import, Export, Third Country Movement)
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling Nomination Business update daily to our overseas partner
 </li>
 <li>
 Day to day Customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervising Complete operations of transport for time bond delivery of Export, Import Shipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring correct allocation of resources is done to meet delivery schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interacting and monitoring custom clearance, Shipping Line, transporters and Overseas Agent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interacting with shipping Line, Airline &amp; Break Bulk carrier broker for freight negotiation and shipment planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating a recording and reporting system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervising import &amp; export loads and bulk cargo.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining export and import trade documentation compliance, clearance and reverse logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing operations related with custom clearance, freight forwarding and negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing MIS reports on periodic basis; and actively participating in inventory audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Haz Cargo handling &amp; sale support to win business.

 Pricing (Air Freight, Break Bulk, Sea Freight, Domestic Transport)

 Clear understanding of import/export shipping documents

 Understanding of ODC packages movement by road
 </li>

 Ability to deliver under pressure situation.

 Ability of quick analysis to take decisions on the spot as situation demands.

 Experience And Qualifications

 Minimum 12- 15 years industry experience

 Exposure to operations in project and sound knowledge to explain strategies / solutions for project cargo

 <li>
 Graduate / Postgraduate from reputed university.
 </li>
 <li>
 Specialized logistics courses will be an added advantage

 Scope
 
 
 This role will be responsible for handling the collection and dispatch of documents in an efficient manner.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 To ensure all documents / delivery orders are collected on time from various customers, carriers and government agencies.

 To ensure that all intercompany document collection and handovers are completed on time.

 Critical when dealing with customs deadlines, shipping cut-offs, and urgent documentation.
 
 
 Familiarity with import/export processes, bill of lading, customs clearance forms, and incoterms is an asset.
