Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their formative years. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children&rsquo;s lives while working within a dynamic educational team.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate early intervention strategies, literacy education, math concepts, and Montessori principles to support diverse learning needs.</li><li>Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth through engaging activities and positive behavior management techniques.</li><li>Conduct assessments to monitor each child's progress in areas such as childhood development, language skills, and motor abilities; adapt lesson plans accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, share developmental milestones, and discuss strategies for supporting learning at home.</li><li>Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and organization while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management.</li><li>Incorporate physical education activities and movement-based learning to promote healthy development and active engagement among toddlers and preschoolers.</li><li>Utilize standardized testing tools when appropriate to evaluate literacy levels or other academic benchmarks; provide tutoring or extra support as needed to help children succeed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential; familiarity with toddler care and early childhood education methodologies is highly valued.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques tailored for young learners.</li><li>Experience in special education or early intervention programs is a plus, showcasing your ability to support children with diverse learning needs.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development stages, child welfare practices, and effective communication skills for engaging with both children and parents.</li><li>Classroom experience in private schools or Montessori environments will be considered an asset; familiarity with standardized testing procedures is advantageous.</li><li>Strong understanding of teaching physical education activities, literacy education strategies, math instruction, and tutoring methods tailored for preschool-aged children.
