Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Safety Officer to ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations at our construction site. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct daily site safety inspections.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies.</li><li>Monitor work activities and identify potential hazards.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.</li><li>Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors on safety matters.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of construction site safety experience in the UAE.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC certification preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Company accommodation and transportation (if applicable).</li><li>Medical insurance.</li><li>Annual leave and air ticket as per UAE Labour Law.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
