Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>​MEP Integration &amp; Coordination: Review, coordinate, and integrate all MEP shop drawings with structural/architectural layouts to resolve design clashes prior to site execution.</li><li>​Site Execution &amp; Supervision: Monitor daily on-site MEP installations to ensure execution strictly aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority standards (DEWA/AADC/Municipality).</li><li>​Subcontractor Management: Drive and supervise specialized MEP subcontractors, ensuring their manpower, progress, and material submittals match project schedules.</li><li>​Inspection &amp; Quality Control: Coordinate site inspections (WIRs/MIRs) with the Consultant and local utility authorities, managing prompt sign-offs and closure of NCRs.</li><li>​Testing &amp; Commissioning: Lead and oversee the testing, commissioning, and handing over of all MEP systems to the Client/Consultant.</li></ul>​Requirements:<ul><li>​Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>​Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator/Engineer with reputable main contractors.</li><li>​Proven track record of managing MEP integration in commercial/residential buildings, educational facilities, or infrastructure projects.</li><li>​Strong knowledge of local utility codes, authority approval processes, and BIM/Navisworks/AutoCAD clash-detection workflows.</li><li>​Strong leadership skills to enforce quality and progress on MEP subcontractors under tight project deadlines.</li><li>​Excellent command of English (written and spoken).​</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person

MEP Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>​Shop Drawings &amp; BBS: Prepare, review, and finalize detailed architectural and structural shop drawings, coordination drawings, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for approval.</li><li>​Technical Submittals &amp; RFIs: Prepare and manage Material Submittals, Method Statements, and Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure timely approval from Consultants.</li><li>​Quantity Surveying &amp; Material Take-Offs: Perform accurate, drawing-based quantity take-offs for procurement and progress measurement, ensuring zero site wastage.</li><li>​Variation Support: Assist the commercial team by analyzing design changes, preparing technical back-up documentation, and quantifying Variation Orders (VOs).</li><li>​As-Built Documentation: Coordinate and prepare accurate As-Built drawings and project handover packages upon project completion.</li></ul>​Requirements:<ul><li>​Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>​Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in a technical office role with reputable main contractors.</li><li>​Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), MS Office, and structural/architectural drafting tools.</li><li>​Strong background in local authority regulations, building codes, and material specifications.</li><li>​High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and good command of English.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
