The HR Intern will support the Human Resources function by assisting in HR operations, compensation and benefits administration, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and general HR coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes and ensures smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities.Key Responsibilities HR Operations<ul><li>Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR databases</li><li>Support daily HR operational tasks and coordination</li><li>Ensure documentation compliance with company policies and labor laws</li><li>Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Support the HR team in payroll coordination by collecting and verifying employee data</li><li>Assist in maintaining records related to salary structures, allowances, deductions, and benefits</li><li>Coordinate with employees for benefits-related queries and documentation</li></ul>Employee On-boarding<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end employee on-boarding, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system entries</li><li>Coordinate with IT/Admin for employee setup (ID cards, email access, etc.)</li><li>Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires</li></ul>Employee Off-boarding<ul><li>Support exit formalities, including clearance coordination and documentation</li><li>Assist in updating exit records and maintaining offboarding checklists</li><li>Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for final settlement processing</li></ul>HR Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Assist in organizing training sessions, engagement activities, and HR initiatives</li><li>Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures</li><li>Support audits, inspections, and internal HR reviews when required</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Fresh graduates or students in the final year are encouraged to apply</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Basic understanding of HR functions and employment life cycle</li></ul>Stipend: 25K per month (during the internship)Location: Johar Town, LahoreOffice Timings: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon-Sat) with alternate Saturday OffJob Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsWork Location: In person

The Technical Sales &amp; Proposal Engineer will be responsible for managing the complete tendering and proposal process, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical and commercial support to ensure successful project acquisition and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identification, evaluation, preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and proposals.Review tender documents, contracts, and technical/commercial requirements to ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards.Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance, operations) to collect relevant data for tender and proposal preparation.Prepare competitive quotations, technical proposals, and pricing aligned with company policies and market competitiveness.Track and monitor ongoing tenders and proposals to ensure timely and accurate submissions.Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within target markets and industry sectors.Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions to achieve profitable sales outcomes.Support the achievement of sales targets by identifying and assisting in closing potential opportunities.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence reporting to support strategic decision-making.Maintain and update sales records, tender databases, and CRM systems for reporting and performance tracking.Qualifications &amp; Experience:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, tendering, or proposal engineering within an industrial or engineering setup.Strong understanding of commercial and technical documentation, bid management, and client relationship handling.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
