Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will assist with basic accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day fiscal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone early in their accounting career looking to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update daily financial records, ledger accounts, and transaction logs.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow updates.</li><li>Process invoices, track accounts payable/receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.</li><li>Assist with bank reconciliations and verify transaction details.</li><li>Support senior accounting staff with tax filings, audits, and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Organize and maintain physical and digital financial documents securely.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
