We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter with proven experience in pipeline painting, surface preparation, and protective coating applications for Oil &amp; Gas, Industrial, and Construction projects. The ideal candidate should be familiar with industry painting standards and capable of working on pipelines, steel structures, tanks, and associated equipment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform surface preparation including sandblasting, grinding, wire brushing, and cleaning.</li><li>Apply primer, intermediate, and finish coats to pipelines and industrial equipment.</li><li>Carry out painting and coating of pipelines, tanks, vessels, steel structures, and mechanical equipment.</li><li>Measure and maintain required paint thickness (DFT) according to project specifications.</li><li>Mix and apply paints, epoxies, polyurethane coatings, and protective coatings.</li><li>Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.</li><li>Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.</li><li>Read and understand painting specifications, method statements, and drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors and quality inspectors to ensure project compliance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in industrial or pipeline painting.</li><li>Previous experience in Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or Pipeline projects is mandatory.</li><li>Knowledge of protective coating systems and industrial painting techniques.</li><li>Experience with airless spray painting equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with surface preparation standards and coating specifications.</li><li>Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments.</li><li>Understanding of HSE requirements and safe work practices.</li><li>Gulf experience is preferred.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
