Job Title: Administrative Assistant (ICW)About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations, coordination, and office management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while ensuring smooth workflow across the office and project teams.Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support, including printing, scanning, document handling, and obtaining approvals/signatures</li><li>Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings and logistics for staff and project teams</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with IT, access permissions, bank accounts, insurance, and documentation</li><li>Maintain office operations by organizing files, records, databases, and internal systems for efficiency</li><li>Handle vendor and supplier communication and assist in procurement, purchase order (PO) creation, and follow-ups through systems like SAP Ariba and ERP.</li><li>Track and manage office supplies, IT equipment, PPE, and other company assets</li><li>Prepare and collate standard documents such as invoices, submittal letters, and delivery notes</li><li>Coordinate meetings, events, and team schedules, including driver assignments and venue arrangements</li><li>Raise and follow up on internal service requests to ensure timely resolution</li><li>Proactively identify areas where additional support can enhance team efficiency</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of procurement processes, PR/PO creation, and vendor coordination</li><li>Experience in office administration, documentation, and record keeping</li><li>Ability to handle travel, logistics, and operational support</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRMs)</li></ul>Contact:Interested candidates are requested to share their CVs at qalikhan1009@gmail.comJob Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 4 monthsPay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
