Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin &amp; Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment coordination, supplier communication, payroll support, and administrative documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics operations by following up shipments from suppliers until final delivery while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities Logistics &amp; Supply Chain Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipments and delivery schedules.</li><li>Follow up with logistics and courier companies on shipment status.</li><li>Track shipments from dispatch until final delivery.</li><li>Ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.</li><li>Resolve shipment delays and logistics-related issues.</li><li>Maintain shipment tracking records and logistics documentation.</li><li>Coordinate warehouse and delivery requirements when needed.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and filing systems.</li><li>Handle administrative correspondence and operational paperwork.</li><li>Organize invoices, purchase orders, and shipment documents.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.</li><li>Support daily office administrative operations.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; HR Support<ul><li>Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.</li><li>Coordinate employee records and leave documentation.</li><li>Ensure payroll-related documents are accurate and submitted on time.</li><li>Support HR and management with administrative tasks.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or logistics coordination.</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of shipment tracking and logistics procedures.</li><li>Experience in payroll and documentation management.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience working with suppliers and freight companies.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.</li><li>Arabic and English communication skills preferred.</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you a professional excel user? are you familiar with excel formulas?</li><li>Have you worked with CRM, ERP or Project Management systems before?</li><li>Are you a resident in Qatar with transferrable sponsorship?</li><li>What is your experience with logistics companies, and what was your tasks?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and community initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute Qatar Moms events, exhibitions, activations, and community gatherings.</li><li>Coordinate all event logistics, including venue arrangements, booth setup, branding materials, giveaways, product displays, and event supplies.</li><li>Liaise with venues, suppliers, sponsors, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.</li><li>Manage event timelines, budgets, and operational requirements.</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing team to support event promotion and maximize attendance.</li><li>Ensure all event materials and products are prepared, organized, and delivered on time.</li><li>Supervise on-site event operations and handle any issues that arise during events.</li><li>Coordinate staffing requirements and event schedules.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of event expenses and vendor agreements.</li><li>Prepare post-event reports, including attendance, outcomes, feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.</li><li>Research and identify new event opportunities, exhibitions, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities relevant to Qatar Moms.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, event management, marketing, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Event Planning &amp; Coordination</li><li>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Management</li><li>Budget Management</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Communication &amp; Negotiation</li><li>Problem Solving</li><li>Attention to Detail</li></ul>Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
