We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (or pends) 3.4 transactions during this time.<ul><li>
Work with sales agent to help buyers find the perfect home</li></ul>
Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game and master the back-end of the industry while you earn money as a Showing Agent.<ul><li>
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients&rsquo; search criteria</li></ul>
We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication &amp; when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!<ul><li>
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients</li></ul>
Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!<ul><li>
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week</li></ul>
This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!<ul><li>
Participate in team activities per team standards</li></ul>
We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!<ul><li>
Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching Session, Training and Partner Call</li></ul>
We treat this job like a career and not a hobby. We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do.<ul><li>
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology</li></ul>
We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/appointments.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted!</li></ul>
Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer's presentation &amp; offer system.<ul><li>
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients&rsquo; search criteria</li></ul>
We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication &amp; when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!<ul><li>
