The incumbent would be required to have:&middot; Responsible for strict compliance with company policies, plans, and strategies to achieve company goals.&middot; Making outgoing calls for recovery as per assigned task. Receiving incoming calls &amp; facilitating customers as per requirement.&middot; Provide information and guidance about products and services to existing and new customers.&middot; Follow-up calls for recovery, payment confirmation, discount, surcharge waiver, etc. Dispatch deposit slips, account statements, receipts &amp; update/change in information form as per customer requirement.&middot; Contribute to managing team objectives through teamwork.
