Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Engineer to join our Lahore office. Procurement Engineer

Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and strengthen RAG Engineering&rsquo;s presence in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing key client accounts, and driving revenue growth across target sectors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement business development strategies for assigned sectors and regions within Pakistan.</li><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the downstream and midstream oil &amp; gas, fertilizer, chemical, food, and mining industries.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, and government stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects or tenders.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and management teams.</li><li>Support the tendering process and lead negotiations through to contract award.</li><li>Represent RAG Engineering at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.</li><li>Achieve sales and business development targets set by management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or a related field); MBA preferred.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within industrial sectors.</li><li>Proven track record of securing projects or contracts in oil &amp; gas (downstream/midstream), fertilizer, mining, chemical, or food processing industries.</li><li>Strong understanding of industrial supply chains, EPC processes, and procurement cycles in Pakistan.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Willingness to travel across Pakistan as required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing international engineering organization.</li><li>Professional development and long-term career growth prospects.</li></ul>Apply now or send your CV to: careers@rag-engineering.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
