Junior Business Development Officer &ndash; LogisticsRavisn LTD is seeking a results-driven Junior Business Development Officer to support our international logistics and freight forwarding operations. This role focuses on lead generation, client handling, quotation preparation, and closing logistics deals across air freight, sea freight, and door-to-door services.Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client inquiries, coordinating quotations, and converting prospects into long-term B2B clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms</li><li>Manage inbound inquiries from importers and exporters</li><li>Understand shipment requirements including origin, destination, weight, volume, and transport mode</li><li>Coordinate with operations teams to obtain competitive rates and prepare accurate quotations</li><li>Share quotations with clients, follow up, negotiate, and close sales</li><li>Advise clients on logistics solutions such as air freight, sea freight, DDP/DDU, and door-to-door services</li><li>Maintain client records, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using Google Sheets or CRM tools</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly sales and shipment targets</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong spoken and written English communication skills</li><li>Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B sales preferred</li><li>Ability to negotiate pricing and close deals independently</li><li>Basic understanding of logistics terminology, freight modes, and pricing structures</li><li>Comfortable using email, Google Sheets, and CRM systems</li><li>Target-driven mindset with a professional work ethic</li></ul>Experience &amp; Education<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics sales or B2B sales</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li></ul>Interested candidates may apply by sending their resume or portfolio to hr.ravisnltd@gmail.com.
