This position involves providing structured group therapy and individualized counseling, developing personalized treatment plans, and supporting clients in addressing mental health concerns, substance use disorders, family dynamics, self-esteem, and life and coping skills.If you are committed to clinical excellence, collaborative care, and helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting change, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Facilitate structured, evidence-based group therapy sessions.</li><li>Provide individual and family counseling services in accordance with program standards and best practices.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong therapeutic rapport with clients and their families.</li><li>Address a range of clinical concerns including mental health disorders, substance use disorders, family dynamics, trauma-related issues, self-esteem, and life skills development.</li><li>Maintain an active caseload, monitor client progress, and modify treatment goals as clinically indicated.</li><li>Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.</li><li>Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to coordinated, client-centered care.</li><li>Support clients in developing coping strategies, relapse prevention skills, and sustainable recovery goals.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Current Texas license as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).</li><li>Provisionally licensed clinicians (LPC-Associate, LMSW, LMFT-Associate) are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.</li><li>Experience working with mental health and/or substance use populations required (additional training provided for developing clinicians).</li><li>Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM</li><li>Compensation: $52,000 &ndash; $65,000 annually, based on experience and credentials</li><li>Benefits: Full-time employees (32+ hours/week) are eligible for benefits after 45 days, including:</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $52,500.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
