 RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm who specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and are seeking Associate Attorneys to work in their NYC office (HYBRID schedule - 2 days WFH/week).
 
 
 The ideal candidate is one who has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.
 
 
 This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT
 
 base salary ($85,000 - $100,000, DOE)
 
 , and the opportunity to work REMOTE with a fantastic firm while appearing in local country courts as needed.
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be currently admitted to practice law in NEW YORK (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS) and must reside in the Long Island area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess superior organizational &amp; time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional written and oral communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus
