 Position Overview
 
 
 
 We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume in-house hiring environments. You'll be the operational backbone of our internal recruiting team &mdash; keeping candidates moving, hiring managers aligned, and nothing falling through the cracks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and internal hiring managers simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates at every stage
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a seamless experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with internal recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers to prioritize requisitions and flag bottlenecks proactively
 </li>
 <li>
 Track recruiting metrics (time-to-schedule, offer acceptance rates) and surface insights to the team weekly
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and send offer letters, coordinate background checks, and support pre-boarding logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and implement process improvements to increase coordination efficiency at scale
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Must Have Criteria
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator in an in-house/corporate talent acquisition team
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience managing 100+ open requisitions or scheduling 300+ interviews per month simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience coordinating directly with internal hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leadership stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing candidate-facing and stakeholder-facing communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience supporting bulk hiring drives (100+ hires in a single cycle)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or data teams)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a startup or high-growth company scaling headcount rapidly
 </li>
