 The role
 
 
 
 You'll be the first point of contact for the corporate clients and employers who partner with us to run talent programs. The role goes beyond account management: you'll be actively involved in recruitment coordination and program delivery end to end, working with employers across the region and partnering closely with internal teams to make things run smoothly.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients across phone, email, and chat &mdash; in both Arabic and English &mdash; supporting them throughout the program journey
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Run consultations to understand each client's hiring goals and recommend the right program structure for them
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support the day-to-day delivery of recruitment and talent programs across the region
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage a high volume of client accounts across multiple programs and stages without losing track
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct interviews and briefings one-on-one or via Rena, our in-house AI interviewer
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate with clients and internal teams to make sure programs run smoothly from onboarding through completion
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain accurate records across all systems, trackers, and databases
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analyse client and program data, surface insights, and share recommendations with other teams
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Use AI tools to improve the client experience and streamline internal workflows
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Take ownership of issues and resolve them with sound judgement and creative problem-solving
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Available full-time. This is a full-time role and not compatible with studies, another job, or freelance commitments
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Comfortable managing corporate client relationships and working with employer stakeholders across the region
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple programs and priorities at once
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong problem-solver who takes ownership of outcomes
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Curious about AI and automation, and keen to use them in your day-to-day
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, client success, or program coordination is a plus
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Having lived or studied abroad is a bonus

 Hours
 
 
 
 UK or US hours Monday to Thursday. Local time zone Fridays (9:30am to 5:30pm) or Sunday to Thursday if you are on our client project.
 
 
 
 Process

 Round 2: A 20-minute general aptitude test covering numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and logical thinking.

 Round 3: A 45&ndash;60 minute interview with two team members evaluating your expertise and experience related to the Customer Service &amp; Recruitment Associate position.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Round 4: A 45&ndash;60 minute cultural fit interview focused on value alignment and team compatibility.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Final Round: Discussion with the Founders, centring on your vision, strategic thinking, and overall fit for the role.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
