Job Description<ul><li>Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and seating guests, establishing rapport, and maintaining positive relationships with guests and colleagues</li><li>Handle all guest and internal complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring full resolution</li><li>Process guest bills accurately by computing charges, presenting checks, and managing payments including cash, credit cards, and refunds</li><li>Operate Micros POS and cash register systems to record transactions, compile reports, and display purchase totals</li><li>Verify authenticity of cash and credit cards and strictly adhere to Finance department cashiering and cash handling policies</li><li>Record daily transactions, reconcile cash register totals against cash on hand, and report any discrepancies</li><li>Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menu items to provide recommendations and up-sell alternatives</li><li>Ensure outlet operations meet minimum brand standards and align with Hyatt's F&amp;B Vision, Mission, and Top 20 standards</li><li>Assist colleagues across departments in a supportive and flexible manner to ensure overall hotel success</li><li>Maintain high standards of personal presentation, grooming, and professional conduct at all times</li><li>Comply with all health, hygiene, safety, and fire regulations</li></ul>
Requirements
Job Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related professional area</li><li>Proficiency in English required; spoken and written Arabic preferred</li><li>Fully conversant with Micros POS and cash handling systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings and upselling techniques</li><li>Familiarity with current local and international F&amp;B industry trends</li><li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable with strong numerical accuracy</li><li>Team player with a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude</li></ul>

Red Sea Global (RSG) has been incorporated as a closed joint stock company, wholly owned by Saudi Arabias Public Investment Fund (PIF). 
 
The company has been established to develop and promote a new international luxury tourism destination that will set new standards for sustainable development and bring about the next-generation of luxury travel. The project was announced in July 2017 and is one of the three Giga Projects aimed at diversifying the Saudi economy in keeping with the Kingdoms 2030 Vision. 
 
The development will offer unprecedented investment options and provide visitors with the opportunity to explore the five untouched treasures of the west coast of Saudi Arabia; the archipelago of over 90 islands with stunning coral reefs, dormant volcanoes and untouched nature reserves.</div>

Job Description<ul><li>Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and building rapport with guests in a warm and professional manner</li><li>Present menus, communicate daily specials, answer inquiries, and provide detailed food and beverage recommendations including potential allergens</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay details promptly to kitchen staff</li><li>Serve food and beverages according to established sequences and service standards</li><li>Up-sell food, beverages, and additional products to enhance guest experience and drive revenue</li><li>Prepare and maintain tables, including linens, silverware, glassware, and overall dining area cleanliness</li><li>Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting any issues promptly</li><li>Handle guest complaints and inquiries courteously, ensuring full resolution</li><li>Assist with bar operations including inventory management, beverage storage, stock replenishment, and glass polishing</li><li>Perform cashiering duties including processing payments, verifying cash and credit cards, and adhering to Finance department policies</li><li>Assist in outlet setup and decoration during special promotions or events</li><li>Attend pre-shift meetings to review daily specials, menu changes, and reservation requirements</li><li>Comply with all health, hygiene, safety, and fire regulations at all times</li><li>Maintain high standards of personal presentation, punctuality, and grooming</li></ul>
Requirements
Job Requirements<ul><li>SMARTSERVE certification required</li><li>Valid Food Handler Certification</li><li>Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting</li><li>Proficiency with POS and Micros computer systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and coffee</li><li>Familiarity with current local and international F&amp;B industry trends</li><li>Basic proficiency in Arabic preferred</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude</li></ul>
