Job Description<ul><li>Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and building rapport with guests in a warm and professional manner</li><li>Present menus, communicate daily specials, answer inquiries, and provide detailed food and beverage recommendations including potential allergens</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay details promptly to kitchen staff</li><li>Serve food and beverages according to established sequences and service standards</li><li>Up-sell food, beverages, and additional products to enhance guest experience and drive revenue</li><li>Prepare and maintain tables, including linens, silverware, glassware, and overall dining area cleanliness</li><li>Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, reporting any issues promptly</li><li>Handle guest complaints and inquiries courteously, ensuring full resolution</li><li>Assist with bar operations including inventory management, beverage storage, stock replenishment, and glass polishing</li><li>Perform cashiering duties including processing payments, verifying cash and credit cards, and adhering to Finance department policies</li><li>Assist in outlet setup and decoration during special promotions or events</li><li>Attend pre-shift meetings to review daily specials, menu changes, and reservation requirements</li><li>Comply with all health, hygiene, safety, and fire regulations at all times</li><li>Maintain high standards of personal presentation, punctuality, and grooming</li></ul>
Requirements
Job Requirements<ul><li>SMARTSERVE certification required</li><li>Valid Food Handler Certification</li><li>Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting</li><li>Proficiency with POS and Micros computer systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and coffee</li><li>Familiarity with current local and international F&amp;B industry trends</li><li>Basic proficiency in Arabic preferred</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude</li></ul>
