Job OverviewFamilies in the Germantown/Columbia County area need nanny/babysitter for two infants, ages 3 and 4 months from around December 1st 2026-March/April of 2027. Families prefer a provider that can care for the children in their own home, but are open to a provider who will come to their home. Pay varies ($25-$45/hour) by experience and schedule (some days the provider will have one infant, some days both.) Provider must be within a reasonable distance from this location.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive, loving care tailored to infants&rsquo; and toddlers&rsquo; individual needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote development, learning, and social skills</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and play areas</li><li>Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols to ensure children&rsquo;s well-being</li><li>Support children with preschool routines, nap schedules, and developmental milestones</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns or observations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children in caregiving roles such as nannying, babysitting, or daycare settings</li><li>Certification in CPR and First Aid from recognized organizations</li><li>Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities confidently while maintaining patience and compassion</li><li>Strong references, at least 3</li><li>Resume</li><li>Willing to undergo background check</li></ul>This opportunity is through a childcare agency.
