As a Regional Marketing Specialist at ResProp, you will oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities and serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams. This role is a blend of strategic marketing execution and client-facing partnership, with a focus on developing, implementing, and optimizing digital and traditional marketing strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, guiding campaigns across various channels such as SEO, PPC, and social media, and recommending strategy enhancements that drive measurable results. The rest of your role will focus on delivering compelling client presentations and maintaining strong relationships with critical accounts. This position requires a balance of marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure both client satisfaction and portfolio success.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</b></div><ul><li>
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies for a portfolio of communities. Closely collaborating with the on-site teams and ownership groups, serving as their primary marketing partner.</li></ul><br>

Develop and execute key marketing strategies across digital and print channels, with a strong emphasis on SEM, SEO, PPC, social media strategy, and analytics.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Measure marketing performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement to clients and internal stakeholders.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Deliver polished client presentations, representing ResProp with professionalism in a people-facing role.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and execution across all marketing initiatives.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Conduct on site visits as needed (up to 10% of the time) to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and client expectations.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Who you are:</b></div><ul><li>
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the multifamily property management industry.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Experienced property marketer with proven ability to manage multiple communities and client relationships simultaneously.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Strong generalist marketing background, knowledgeable in digital marketing, analytics, and strategy execution.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Comfortable analyzing campaign performance data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Confident presenting to clients and leadership, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a four-year accredited university required.</li></ul><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Airtable, GA4, and common design platforms (Adobe Suite, Canva).</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
