What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li>Coordinate medication deliveries with patients and healthcare facilities</li>
<li>Contact physician offices to secure prior authorizations within designated timeframes</li>
<li>Process prescription orders received from referral sources by phone and fax</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient information within Hub Program databases and spreadsheets</li>
<li>Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, providers, and referral partners</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety guidelines</li>
<li>Help keep workflow organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>

<ul><li>Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)</li>

<p>
This position primarily operates in a quiet office environment with periodic supervision. Hybrid/remote work consideration may be available based on business needs and individual performance.</p>
