Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including but not limited to MBR/QBR P&amp;L forecasts and actuals, Revenue &amp; Margin Walks, Foreign exchange analysis, Organic growth analysis, AOP preparation &amp; publication, Quarterly pacing, various operating expenses reporting and analysis including G&amp;A and Quarterly earnings-related reporting encompassing Key metrics, Revenue &amp; EPS Walk, P&amp;L Stacks and Summary, Earning Books preparation.</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting capabilities and assist in implementing solutions.</li><li>Drive projects to digitize analytics and reporting capabilities, while identifying, simplifying and streamlining financial reporting systems.</li><li>Deliver impactful, accurate and on-time financial reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance leaders to develop a standard catalogue of financial reports and operational metrics that drive action and improve financial results.</li><li>Support ad hoc analysis and requests from senior leadership, ensuring impactful and timely insights.</li></ul>

Primary responsibilities<ul><li>
Receiving sample for cytogenetics tests and demographics confirmation between tube and TRF</li><li>
Handling postnatal samples &ndash; blood</li><li>
Culture of blood, harvest and slide preparation, based on training and assessment</li><li>
Image capturing once above wetlab are successfully completed</li><li>
Metaphase counting</li><li>
Karyotype analysis for blood samples</li><li>
After successful completion of above handling of prenatal samples such as dissection of CVS for culture</li><li>
Culture, trypsinization, and harvesting of prenatal samples, post training and assessment</li><li>
Slide preparation and image capture for prenatal samples</li><li>
Preparation of required reagents related to the above work</li><li>
Update maintenance logs, user logs on daily basis</li><li>
Assist senior is calibration documentation</li><li>
Receiving samples for T-SPOT.TB test and demographics check</li><li>
Perform T-SPOT.TB test workflow post training</li><li>

REQUIRED COMPETENCE
Education - Graduate/Postgraduate in Life science, preferably in Biomedical genetics /Zoology/ Medical genetics/Applied Genetics/ Human Genetics.
Required work experience related to position - For post graduates, any prior cytogenetics lab experience will be an advantage. For graduates, an experience of 1 to 2 years in cytogenetics will be required

Associate lab technologist

<div>Revvity is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the NGS R&amp;D team. This role will help develop new NGS products and protocols to support the development and launch activities of library preparation kits, reagents, and applications. This position is primarily wet lab designing and performing experiments, with the ideal candidate able to assist in analysis and propose novel ideas based on the data obtained. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a focused attention to detail, work well with others in a team environment, and effectively communicate observations, results, and data interpretation to fellow team members.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform standard NGS experiments such as PCR, DNA extraction, NGS library prep, ect.</li><li>
Set up runs and maintain Illumina sequencers
</li><li>DNA/RNA assessment (qPCR, Lab Chip, agarose gels, ect.)
</li><li>Provide cross-functional support for analysis needs of Production teams and Business teams.</li><li>
Provide support for end-user custom analysis requests as needed.</li><li>
Document all development work, analyses, and planned experiments in accordance with Revvity Design Control Process.</li><li>
Able to plan and execute complex projects in a timely fashion.</li><li>
Present analysis findings and interpretations to research team members, cross-functional leaders, and senior management.</li><li>
Demonstrate ability to collaborate with others.</li><li>

Education and Experience Required:<ul><li>
Bachelors or Masters in relevant field (i.e., genetics, molecular biology, or similar).</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq, whole genome sequencing, targeted panel sequencing analysis (experience with analysis pipeline automation is preferred).</li><li>
Illumina NGS data experience (Ion Torrent or other platform data experience a plus).</li></ul>
Preferred Experience:<ul><li>
&gt;2 years direct experience with NGS analysis pipeline development.</li><li>
Experience with Illumina sequencers
