Rich Chocolatier, Qatar&rsquo;s leading luxury artisanal chocolate brand, is seeking a highly creative and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive the brand&rsquo;s growth through content creation, digital marketing, brand storytelling, and social media strategy.This is a solo marketing role &mdash; ideal for someone who is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong skills in photography, videography, and Instagram/TikTok Reels creation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end marketing and brand presence of Rich Chocolatier.</li><li>Create high-quality photo and video content (reels, product shots, behind-the-scenes).</li><li>Develop and manage the brand&rsquo;s Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal content.</li><li>Develop creative brand storytelling aligned with luxury positioning.</li><li>Collaborate on packaging, events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.</li><li>Analyze performance and optimize content &amp; engagement.</li><li>Represent the brand image with exceptional taste and attention to luxury details.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury, F&amp;B, or lifestyle brands.</li><li>Strong content creation skills &mdash; photography, videography, and reels editing (MUST).</li><li>Deep understanding of Instagram &amp; TikTok trends, luxury branding, and Arabic/Gulf market style.</li><li>Fluent in English &mdash; Arabic is a strong plus.</li><li>Creative mindset with aesthetic eye for luxury visuals.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
