Inventory Control &ndash; Chocolate ManufacturingLocation: Qatar (Local candidates only)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in chocolate or food manufacturing and a strong background in managing raw materials, packaging, and finished product inventories.This role requires excellent knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO), ERP/WMS/ODOO, systems, and hands-on experience in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in inventory control.&#11835;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and monitor inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished chocolate products.</li><li>Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.</li><li>Track batch/lot numbers for traceability and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Optimize inventory processes to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.</li><li>Prepare and present regular inventory reports to management.</li><li>having in a strong background in accounts as well</li></ul>&#11835;Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, Business, Food Technology, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in chocolate or food manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.</li><li>Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Currently in Qatar, with transferable visa and NOC.</li><li>Immediate availability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExpected Start Date: 15/09/2025
