Our newly built 6,000 sq ft showroom (with a rooftop!) opened Summer 2025, offering an inspiring space where you&rsquo;ll help customers create beautiful, functional homes.As a key member of our showroom team, you&rsquo;ll deliver an exceptional guest experience, guide clients through furniture and design selections, and drive sales using our proven selling model. With access to over 200+ manufacturers and complimentary design services at The Design Bar, you&rsquo;ll have everything you need to bring client visions to life.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Meet monthly sales and productivity goals</li><li>Prepare, Present and Sale Mood Boards to Clients</li><li>Build strong client relationships through proactive follow-up</li><li>Maintain expert product knowledge across our extensive selection</li><li>Use our selling model to close transactions and maximize results</li><li>Support daily showroom operations, opening/closing duties, and system accuracy</li><li>Collaborate with a positive, community-minded team</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>3+ years of furniture sales experience (required) </li><li>Minimum of 2 years interior design experience</li><li>Strong sales skills is a must and a natural eye for design</li><li>Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational abilities</li><li>Professional, customer-focused demeanor</li><li>Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings/weekends/holidays</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$50,000-$52,000 base</li><li>Tiered UNLIMITED 3% commission on sales goal overage</li><li>Monthly incentives &amp; quarterly bonuses</li><li>Competitive earning potential</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Exceptional advancement opportunities</li><li>Generous employee discount</li><li>Supportive, design-driven work environment</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re results-driven, passionate about interiors, and ready to grow with a dynamic local brand, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.
