What you will do: As a Case Manager, you are responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. In this role, the Case Manager collaborates with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan by providing individual counseling and skill development and communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, etc. on the progress each youth on your case load. Case Managers provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth&rsquo;s needs; monitor and document clinical behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.

To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in related field ~ Have prior case management experience, including three years' experience with juveniles ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC for pre-employment), physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: 5 Days on, 2 Days off &ndash; 40 hours/week.

As a Therapeutic Manager, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating case plans and prescriptive treatment programs that meet the needs of each student and align with requests of the placing agency. You will be the primary service provider for individual, group, family and case management services. You will report directly to the Clinical Director and assist with the supervision of the group living staff.

What you will do: The Licensed Therapist in the Rite of Passage program is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency. They provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Therapeutic Manager also supervises group living staff, ensuring proper support for students. They maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the program's ongoing development.

 To be considered you should: Possess a MA, MS or MSW. Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC. Prior Case Management experience required including three years&rsquo; experience with juveniles. What you will do: As the Lead Registered Nurse, you will oversee and support the delivery of high-quality health care services for youth and staff within our program. You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate medical services, and mentor nursing team members while ensuring compliance with all county, state, and Rite of Passage standards. In this leadership role, you will serve as the primary clinical lead for the site medical team, administering medications, conducting health assessments, managing treatment plans, and coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and laboratory testing with physicians, psychiatrists, and outside providers. You will also provide health education and training to staff and students on first aid, infection control, CPR, medication safety, and emergency procedures. Additionally, you will manage medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and budgets, maintain accurate and confidential medical records, and promote a safe, compassionate environment by modeling professionalism, empathy, and ethical care. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and external agencies will be essential in addressing the holistic health needs of those we serve. 


To be considered you should: Possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related health care field ~ current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas is required ~ Minimum of 2 years of previous medical services administration ~ Prior experience supervising staff is needed ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ meet the requirements to be an eligible driver, including having an active Driver&rsquo;s License
