 Job Purpose / Role:
 
 
 
 To build, manage and maintain relationships with corporate banking customers, through selling and cross-selling products and services, as well as providing solutions based on client needs with the objective of achieving sales targets, while ensuring that credit quality is maintained.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Areas of Responsibility:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Builds relationships with clients that are buyers of financial services through visits to major prospects and existing customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops a thorough understanding of customer&rsquo;s organization, industry and global practices to maintain proximity to the clients and meet their banking needs and expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies revenue opportunities to actively sell Corporate Banking products to corporate banking customers in order to support the sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maximizes product penetration and cross selling and actively seeks structured finance opportunities in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops account plans in a consistent and timely manner in order to swiftly follow-up on identified action items
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides inputs and demand insights to the team for loans which are commercially viable and also meet the required market demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviews CAs and approve them as per authority levels in order to ensure quality and completeness of all CAs before sending them to Credit for CA Review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates with the Credit Analytics Unit and Risk Management on an ongoing basis in order to constantly secure and enhance the quality of the credit portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account &lsquo;international best practice&rsquo;, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4-6 years relevant experience in the banking sector.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Language:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 English: Advanced.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Knowledge Areas:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge in Corporate Banking products and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in client relationship planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability in business development and planning.
 </li>
 </ul>
