What will you be doing?

Build and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using ReactJS and NextJS.</li>
<li>Work with basic Django or APIs when needed.</li>

Job Summary 
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sr. Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their interactions with our services. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, managing property handovers, resolving conflicts, and delivering exceptional service to meet the needs of both parties.
What will you be doing?

<li>Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with landlords and tenants to foster trust and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Conduct regular check-ins with both parties to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.</li>

<li>Oversee the property handover process, ensuring units are received from landlords and delivered to tenants in proper condition.</li>
<li>Inspect properties during handover to verify that they are damage-free, both when delivered to tenants and returned to landlords at the end of the lease.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Issue Resolution:<ul>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for any disputes or problems that may arise between landlords and tenants.</li>
<li>Mediate conflicts and provide timely, effective solutions to maintain harmony and satisfaction.</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Service Feedback:<ul>
<li>Make daily calls to landlords and tenants to gather feedback and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.</li>
<li>Document feedback and work with internal teams to enhance service quality.</li>

<li>Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and support teams, to address and resolve any issues related to the properties.</li>
