<div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:
</b></div><div><ul><li>Work in conjunction with the Branch Manager/Designee to oversee the day-to-day operation of the teller line, ensuring compliance and procedural requirements are met by the entire team.
</li><li>Provide leadership, conflict resolution, and process improvements to the teller line.
</li><li>Engage and develop the entire teller team in sales activities by leading and coaching team members on how to identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate platforms.
</li><li>Train and onboard new tellers; objectively evaluate and document performance of tellers.
</li><li>Create and foster a cohesive team by promoting a positive work environment and maintaining a good working relationship with all bank personnel.
</li><li>Develop and utilize the skills and knowledge necessary for effective supervision of colleagues.
</li><li>Process all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash checking, etc. in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
</li><li>Manage large amounts of branch cash, oversee vault management, and balance daily limits.
</li><li>Oversee teller outbound calling activities and make service calls as requested to assist in the onboarding of new customers.
</li><li>Utilize systems and reports to profile customers and provide leads to platform staff for additional products and services.
</li><li>Actively seek knowledge and understanding of products and services to assess and meet customer needs and to act as a resource to tellers.
</li><li>Act as a leader in demonstrating self-service channels to customers, including ATM, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking.
</li><li>Conduct monthly reports (Quality Assurance, Cash Audit, Teller Error, etc.) to ensure that branch operations are sound.
</li><li>Understand and adhere to all security, compliance, and retail banking policies and procedures; ensure tellers adhere to the policies and procedures within established guidelines and authority.
</li><li>Assume responsibility for additional reporting duties and responsibilities as required.
</li><li>Takes initiative in providing support for other departments in the bank and answers interoffice inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
