<div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:
</b></div><div><ul><li>Make the first impression to our customers as they enter the branch, warmly greeting them and guiding them to the colleague who can best support their needs.
</li><li>Engage in constant customer support, exhibiting efficient, effective, and courteous customer service in person and via telephone.
</li><li>Serve customers by supplying them with information on the Rockland Trust banking products best suited to their individual needs.
</li><li>Ensure that customers feel cared for as you perform duties that require a high level of accuracy, such as processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checking, and other financial transactions.
</li><li>Make decisions alongside immediate supervisor, which may become more extensive as position gains in knowledge and experience.
</li><li>Work closely with our training team and your branch team to learn about these responsibilities, and to complete Rockland Trust&rsquo;s Teller Training.
</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
</li></ul><div><div><b>Required Qualifications:
</b></div><div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.
</li><li>Comfortable using technology, including computers, to facilitate the achievement of business goals.
</li><li>Sales and service-oriented personality.
</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
</li><li>Positive approach to interactions with customers and team members.
</li><li>Ability to work within normal office requirements, with long periods of standing and continuous customer support.
</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
</li><li>Willingness and ability to work within a flexible work week, which may include weekends, as customer needs dictate.
</li><li>Ability to successfully complete our training program.
</li></ul></div><div><b>Preferred Skills/Experience:
</b></div><div><ul><li>Candidates should have 1-2 years prior teller experience or cash handling/customer service skills.
