Summary:</div>
Performs duties associated with research protocol kit construction and delivery, inventory, and destruction management/storage.<br>
<br>
Refer to laboratory manuals and/or protocols as needed to confirm protocol kit construction and labeling. Reviews inventory for each protocol for accuracy and consistencies, notifies CRC of any changes to inventory threshold, shipments, and on-site availability. Work collaboratively with other CRA Kit Team members, Clinical Research<br>
Coordinators, Data CRAs, and processing laboratory facilities.<br>

Submit all constructed protocol kit for internal quality assurance reviews before delivery.<br>
<br>
Deliver protocol kits to appropriate locations in a timely manner.<br>
<br>
Update protocol kit inventory management tools in a timely manner.<br>
<br>
Resolves or assists with issues regarding inventory space allocation, locating deliveries, and updating inventory databases in a timely manner by communicating with the primary CRC and/or disease group and all processing laboratories.<br>
<br>
Suggests improved methods for accomplishing clinical research goals.<br>
<br>
Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety, and compliance standards.<br>
<br>
Enhances professional growth and development by participating in educational programs, reading current literature and participation in in-service meetings and workshops.<br>
<br>
Prepares other written documentation as required by the profession and the department; maintains, distributes, analyzes, and projects information for required record, reports and statistics as directed.<br>
<br>
Attends meetings as required, responses to emails and Microsoft Teams communications in a timely manner.<br>

The pay range for this position is $53,357 - $67,810 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.<div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div>
Required Education and Experience<br>
<br>
1. Associate&rsquo;s degree; or<br>
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and two (2) years of clinical research, healthcare or other related experience.<br>

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.<div></div><div>

The preferred candidate will have Previous experience working in a collaborative setting, effective communication and ability to adjust or shift workload/focus in a timely manner and the ability to multi-task and be available for communication on multiple platforms throughout your scheduled shift (Microsoft Outlook and Teams).</div><div></div><div>
