 We are looking for drivers who want to be in a customer-oriented, and team-minded environment. Candidates must manage a delivery route safely, efficiently, positively, and professionally. Important characteristics being sought are reliability, maturity, and motivation.
 
 
 
 
 
 Our routes cover Rutherford County and Wilkes County.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 ∙ Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Utilize GPS and other navigation tools to optimize delivery routes.
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with recipients.
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues or discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Pay Structure:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 ∙ $150-$160 per day plus production
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Weekly pay (direct deposit)
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Opportunity for pay increases based on driver performance and route assignment
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Training pay is different
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Work Schedule:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 ∙ Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday, average 8-12 hours
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Full-time
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Required - 2 Saturdays a month
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Job Criteria:
 
 This fast-paced job requires some heavy lifting and the ability to safely drive a 12&rsquo; box truck or similar truck/van. Interaction with customers and team members requires a friendly and professional demeanor.
 
 
 
 
 Delivery Driver experience not required, but preferred. CDL not required.

 ∙ Valid Driver's License
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Ability to drive a 12&rsquo; box truck or similar truck/van
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Legal work status (e-Verify)
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Pass pre-employment and random drug screening
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Pass criminal background check (no felony convictions)
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check (two or fewer MVR violations in last 3 years)
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Cellphone with text and data capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Basic computer and GPS navigation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Physical ability to regularly lift 50lb packages and maneuver up to 150lbs (hand trucks)
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Ability to drive/work in all types of weather conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Ability to problem solve and self-manage delivery route
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Ability to interact with business/residential customers and team members in a professional manner
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Ability to be flexible and handle a stressful workload
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Ability to follow SAFETY regulations and practice SAFETY
 </li>
 <li>
 ∙ Ability to follow standard delivery protocols and operating procedures as instructed
 </li>
