Waiter / Waitress Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create a welcoming dining experience that encourages repeat visits.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Provide attentive and efficient table service throughout the dining experience</li><li>Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen staff</li><li>Recommend menu items and use upselling techniques to increase sales</li><li>Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards</li><li>Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on guests during service</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations</li><li>Prepare mise-en-place and ensure tables, cutlery, and glassware are ready</li><li>Handle billing, process payments, and operate POS system (Micros preferred)</li><li>Manage cash transactions accurately when required</li><li>Follow food and beverage service standards and company procedures</li><li>Assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Secure restaurant area and complete closing duties after service</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Preferably Arabic speaking</li><li>Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros is an advantage)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism</li><li>Ability to provide excellent guest service and upselling skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
