Job Description 
RR Donnelley is adding a Legal Document Specialist on their 1st shift team!
As a Legal Document Specialist, you will support time-sensitive project requests by working with a team of individuals across multiple shifts and locations. Candidates must enjoy producing quality work and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in legal word/document processing using various legal software, tools, Microsoft Office suite is an added advantage.
1st Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 remote
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using a variety of software applications</li><li>
Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats</li><li>
Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested</li><li>
Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents</li><li>
Perform data entry utilizing various software applications</li><li>
Transcribe analog or digital dictation files</li><li>
Restore/recover corrupted document files as necessary</li><li>
Provide telephone help desk support to troubleshoot application queries</li><li>
Complete all assigned jobs by the deadline in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information</li><li>
Follow established policies and procedures at all times</li><li>
Perform additional duties as necessary or assigned</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Skills<ul><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Flexibility to work overtime as required</li><li>
Ability to work through complex legal document markups and instructions in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>
Ability to prioritize various requests and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>

Ability to interact with client and team members in a professional and respectful manner at all times</li><li>
Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience in legal word processing or document production environment preferred</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required</li><li>
Experience and exposure in any of the legal word processing tasks below<ul><li>
Creating TOAs, TOCs, inserting automated cross-references, converting PDFs to Word using a variety of software, applying Word styles using macros, troubleshooting problem documents including redlines and documents containing multiple numbering schemes, style separators, cross-references, and other automated fields</li></ul></li><li>
Transcription experience a plus</li><li>
Knowledge of legal terminology and legal citations preferred</li></ul> 

Additional Information 
The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $19.19/hour. Typically, roles follow step 
progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Job Description 
RR Donnelley is adding a Presentation Designer to their team!
In this role, you will be responsible for creating templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams for high-level clients - primarily using PowerPoint and secondly Adobe Creative Suite software. Presentations will range from RFPs to Company's pitches and any internal materials.
1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda</li><li>
Import and revise graphics files as necessary</li><li>
Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects</li><li>
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics</li><li>
Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects</li><li>
Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool</li><li>
Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates</li><li>
Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines</li><li>
Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion</li><li>
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information</li><li>
Train new employees on policies and procedures</li><li>
Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.</li><li>
Assist with monthly metrics and reporting</li><li>
May work with motion graphics and multimedia work</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in area of business, or equivalent experience required</li><li>
At least 2 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience</li><li>
High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint</li><li>
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)</li><li>
Experience with charting in excel</li></ul>

Additional Information 
RRD's current salary range for this role is $51,400 to $76,100 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
