Job Description 
Shift: Monday-Friday; 3pm -12a, (2nd Shift)
This position qualifies for an additional $1.75/hour shift differential!
Job duties<ul><li>
(* denotes an &ldquo;essential function&rdquo;)</li><li><ul><li>Perform work in proofreading according to established policies and procedures</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors in complex legal documents</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Check corrected proofs of legal documents against mark-up for comparison and quality assurance</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Detect formatting and compositional errors in documents, work independently or with appropriate colleagues to correct, as required</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Oversee proofreading assignments, coordinates workflow or intake of proofreading assignments within team</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Troubleshoot more complex requests, along with software or hardware problems</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all assigned work</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Communicate with peers, supervisor or client on job or deadline issues</li></ul></li><li>
Help foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client</li><li>

Qualifications 
Job qualifications<ul><li>
Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Higher level education preferred or equivalent work experience</li><li>
Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment</li><li>
Strong in grammar and composition rules required for editing and proofreading</li><li>
English, journalism, proofreading experience preferred</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desired</li><li>
Knowledge of a legal timekeeping or job tracking system is preferred</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, working both independently and collaboratively</li><li>
Ability to prioritize work, balance projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills and emphasis on accuracy and quality</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information</li><li>

Additional Information 
The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $23.25/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. Position summary
The Administrative Associate provides a variety of administrative support functions to a site, office and/or client, which may include tasks such as expense reports, time entry, invoice entry, calendar and phone management and opening client matters.
Job duties<ul><li>

Skilled in the use MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite</li><li>
Familiar with other software programs for providing administrative support</li><li>
