Job PurposeThe Supply Chain &amp; Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, import/export activities, and customer deliveries. The role ensures uninterrupted production through efficient material planning while minimizing overall supply chain costs.Key Responsibilities1. Supply Chain Management<ul><li>Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Plan material requirements based on production forecasts.</li><li>Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging materials.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability.</li><li>Improve overall supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.</li></ul>2. Production Planning Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the Production Planning Department.</li><li>Review production schedules and material requirements.</li><li>Ensure materials are available before production starts.</li><li>Resolve material shortages affecting production.</li></ul>3. Procurement Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with procurement for local and international purchases.</li><li>Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders.</li><li>Monitor supplier delivery performance.</li><li>Develop strategic supplier relationships.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance.</li></ul>4. Warehouse Management<ul><li>Supervise warehouse operations.</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory control.</li><li>Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory systems.</li><li>Monitor stock movements.</li><li>Conduct periodic inventory audits.</li><li>Minimize inventory losses and damages.</li></ul>5. Logistics &amp; Distribution<ul><li>Plan and monitor local deliveries.</li><li>Coordinate international shipments.</li><li>Manage transportation providers.</li><li>Optimize freight costs.</li><li>Ensure on-time customer deliveries.</li></ul>6. Inventory Control<ul><li>Maintain optimum inventory levels.</li><li>Reduce excess inventory.</li><li>Monitor slow-moving inventory.</li><li>Coordinate annual stock counts.</li><li>Investigate inventory variances.</li></ul>7. ERP &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure accurate ERP transactions.</li><li>Prepare supply chain performance reports.</li><li>Monitor inventory reports.</li><li>Analyze supply chain KPIs.</li><li>Prepare monthly management reports.</li></ul>8. Cost Control<ul><li>Reduce logistics costs.</li><li>Optimize transportation expenses.</li><li>Improve warehouse productivity.</li><li>Reduce inventory carrying costs.</li><li>Monitor supply chain budgets.</li></ul>9. Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.</li><li>Follow company policies.</li><li>Support ISO Quality Management Systems.</li><li>Maintain supply chain documentation.</li></ul>10. Team Management<ul><li>Lead and supervise the Supply Chain &amp; Logistics team.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations.</li><li>Provide coaching and training.</li><li>Allocate work responsibilities.</li><li>Improve employee productivity.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CILT are an advantage.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>02-05 years of experience in Supply Chain &amp; Logistics.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing (preferably rubber, plastic, insulation, or pipe manufacturing).</li><li>Experience with GCC operations is preferred.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, Odoo, etc.)</li><li>Microsoft Excel (Advanced)</li><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Material Requirement Planning (MRP)</li><li>Demand Forecasting</li><li>Procurement</li><li>Warehouse Management</li><li>Import &amp; Export Documentation</li><li>Transportation Management</li><li>Cost Analysis</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</li></ul>Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
