Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and senior leadership team. The role involves managing schedules, handling communication, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the Managing Director&rsquo;s calendar, meetings, and appointments.</li><li>Organize travel plans, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.</li><li>Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external meetings.</li><li>Take meeting notes and follow up on action points.</li><li>Communicate with internal teams and external partners when required.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.</li><li>Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the executive office.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.</li></ul>Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
