 Job Summary:
 
 
 <ul>

 This role supports trade marketing initiatives with a primary focus on day-to-day budget management and hands-on project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 The Associate Manager will own the finances and operations of two core trade marketing programs, managing complex CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 This is a high-execution role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and personally driving work forward.
 </li>
 <li>
 The role also supports a digital transformation initiative, helping transition from Excel-based tracking to a centralized program management platform in partnership with IT.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role ensures business continuity during a transition in full-time staffing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Major Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and track CAPEX and OPEX budgets of $4M+
 </li>
 <li>
 Own detailed budget tracking and program forecasting
 </li>
 <li>
 Open purchase orders, track invoices, follow-up on payments, and partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
 </li>
 <li>
 Own day-to-day operational management of key trade marketing programs, including timelines, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors to ensure deliverables are met on time, on budget, and to required specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and increase efficiency across assigned programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute project management tasks, including tracking deliverables, following up on open items, and driving projects to completion
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Basic Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, finance, business, operations or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, trade marketing, project coordination, or finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience managing and reconciling complex CAPEX and OPEX budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with detailed financial and program forecasting spreadsheets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong follow-through, ownership mindset, and desire to continuously improve how work gets done
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to personally execute project management work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable rolling up sleeves to handle operational, financial, and administrative details.
 </li>
