What you&rsquo;ll do:</p><ul><li>
Lease. Lease. Lease!
</li><li>Exceed our future and current resident experience. Engage with them!</li><li>
Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.
</li><li>Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.</li><li>
Perform outreach and online marketing. Engage and participate in Resident Events.</li><li>
Manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance related services.</li><li>
Walk the property and clean up the office and model apartments as needed.
</li></ul><p>Who you are:</p><ul><li>
1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years&rsquo; experience in customer service experience</li><li>
Must be consistently detail oriented.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal skills.</li><li>
Ability to listen and understand goals.</li><li>
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.</li><li>
Knowledge of ResMan a plus</li><li>
Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is <b>required</b></li><li>
Must have reliable transportation

Our Hours:

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Leasing Agent position requires the ability to work weekends. Hours of operation are subject to change on time of year and based on the property&rsquo;s needs and resident activities.</p><p>
Physical Demands:</p><p></p><ul><li>Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.</li><li>Ability to walk several acres to tour community.</li><li>Some lifting; up to 25lbs.</li><li>Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time.</li></ul><p>

Market S2 properties to future residents getting them excited to learn more about our properties, vision, and value our onsite teams bring.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Advise prospective tenants of the features, benefits, pricing, and amenities of each individual property because of your in-depth market and property knowledge.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Continually grow your skill set and understanding of S2 through participation in customized training and site visits.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Coordinate and follow-up with new leads from the Elise AI CRM for the onsite leasing teams by receiving incoming calls, emails, text messages.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Elevate the future residents&rsquo; leasing experience by giving them a breakdown and painting a full picture of the property so they know what to expect before the tour begins.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Leverage your outbound sales skills nurture an average of 50-60 leads per day and generate new appointments for all our properties.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Foster an ongoing positive relationship with future residents, onsite leasing teams and peers.</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Be the first impression to S2 and the main point of contact for all communication up to the future residents&rsquo; tour.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist in the Resident Renewal experience from the first step to finish by handling all renewal concerns and ensure our current residents are proud to stay.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strong computer and typing skills</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Proficient in Resman software; Elise AI preferred</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
2+ years of customer service experience &ndash; preferably in sales experience</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
2+ years of customer service experience &ndash; preferably in sales experience</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Demonstrated English or bilingual fluency</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
